Residential Development
The volume of our work relating to the acquisition and sale of residential development sites has increased over the last few years. Acting largely for independent developers, we handle all aspects of acquisition and sale and are actively involved in the planning process. In addition, we handle smaller unit schemes for which we deal with acquisition, estate set up and plot sales.
Whatever the task, we work closely with our clients, acting almost as part of their management team, to achieve their objectives as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Transactions include:
- Acquisition, redevelopment and completion of all flat sales on a 50 unit scheme in central Milton Keynes
- Option agreement for 20 acres prime residential development in Hampshire
- Acquisition of site for development for mixed use residential and commercial development
