We have acted on the acquisition and subsequent development and sale of hotels operating under leading brands such as Holiday Inn Express, Days Inn, Days Hotel, Hilton and Park Inn and on the purchase of existing operating hotels for redevelopment and re-branding.
We also advise on hotel management agreements with independent hotel managers and leading brand companies and assist owners by negotiating co-operation agreements with leading pub/restaurant operators.

- Acquisition of site and development of 150 bed luxury hotel in Newport South Wales
- Acquisition of existing operating hotel and refurbishment and rebranding as a Park Inn hotel in Preston
